Discovery & POC
We'll schedule calls to discuss project goals and requirements. We'll address any questions or uncertainties, resulting in a comprehensive SOW for a POC. Finally, calls will review and present the POC, recorded and summarized for reference.
MVP Agreement
We'll review the POC and SOW to ensure all necessary preparations are made. Depending on the complexity, we may schedule more calls or meetings to address any issues and ensure both sides understand the requirements. Upon completion, we'll draft and sign an MVP agreement outlining the scope and timeline for the project.
MVP Delivery
We'll set clear, attainable development objectives linked to specific milestones. Demonstration sessions will be held after each milestone to allow for change requests. Any change requests will alter the planned scope and timeline. Therefore, we'll thoroughly document every step to eliminate any uncertainty.
Production
Upon the MVP's public release, we'll prioritize regularly reviewing and analyzing usage data to optimize processes, reduce costs, and establish a scalable environment. We'll also focus on refining testing to ensure long-term stability and maintenance. We'll continuously seek opportunities to improve and excel.
Maintenance
